The A-Team are pround to announce they will be supporting the 3 days booze free campaign this autumn)

Nowadays, many of us have got used to drinking regularly through the week. However evidence shows that this everyday drinking can lead to serious liver disease, and can actually be more harmful to the liver than the ‘binge drinking’ most of us associate with unhealthy drinking.

The 3 days booze free challenge is a great way to reduce the risks to your health. Just having 3 booze free days a week gives your liver a break and can help reduce the risk of alcohol related illness.
The challenge is simply to have 3 days every week when you don’t drink alcohol. They can be any days you choose and they don’t even need to be consecutive, they can be spread out through the week. The aim is to keep this up for 3 months, although once you start to feel the benefits you’ll probably want to do it every week.
