We deliver FREE alcohol awareness workshops to Year 11, Upper and Lower 6th form students in secondary schools and mature students in colleges. We have worked with ESOL students, students with learning difficulties and hearing impairments. This year we are looking forward to working with students with sight impairments.

The workshops are delivered to class sized groups so up to 30/35ish students, usually during tutorial periods,and some assemblies where the school was pushed for finding class time. They last between 45 minutes and an hour depending on the length of the student's lesson.

In the workshops we cover

  • Safe drinking
  • Social issues like binge drinking
  • Psychosocial problems around dependent drinking
  • Health risks related to alcohol
