News- Birmingham Women's Hospital welcome the A-Team

On Friday the 8th of January, the "A- Team" alcohol services arrived at the Birmingham Women’s Hospital arms full of posters, booklets, business cards, unit wheels and information pamphlets illustrating our services.

We soon erected our rather impressive stand and instantly drew people and issued literature to people passing by.

We issued some of the materials mentioned above to the nurses who adorned the walls and tables with posters and booklets and to further carry the message,
"A few too many...? ...we're here to help"

After a fruitful day, we left safely in the knowledge that the "A-Team" had fulfilled its mission and given some of the working staff invaluable information as to what we do.

Special thanks to the helpful nurses and Elaine Giles for letting the "A-Team" grace Birmingham Women’s Hospital with our presence.
